OK GANG ......HERE WE GO.....it is nearly here TRUFFLE SEASON !!!!!

I am so excited to be getting nearer and nearer to the start of the season for this wonderful treat. As you can see from the dates listed below we are extending the number of evenings possible as last year was such a great success for everyone - grower, participant, Mark the Chef and I.

Towards the end of our events using Perigord Black we had the joy of some Bianchetto Truffle as well.

This year we are ( fingers crossed ) more confident that we can access this particular Truffle earlier so our evening events should have BOTH Truffles available ,both to be touched , smelt , and best of all tasted.

Chef Mark and I are working hard to prepare a splendid variety of food within the 7 different courses offered during the event, each with a particular base for highlighting the flavor of both Truffles. We will of course repeat the special favorites such as Camembert Cauliflower Cheese and Creme Brulee' and , as last year , you will be able to take home a sheet detailing the recipe's and all you need to know about how to recreate fabulous food for family and friends in your own home .

Due to a number of request 's we will have Truffle products available on the evening -

Fresh Truffle ,

Truffle butter,

Kosher Truffle salt and - In July, there will be NZ first ever natural Truffle oil.YES ! natural NO CHEMICALS . !

​VENUE is =29 Domain Terrace, Spreydon, Christchurch 8024. New venue was chosen in order to accommodate the numbers of interested people.

DATES are = Friday 07 / 21 June - 05 / 19 / July - 02 August.

Saturday 08 / 15 / 22 / 29 June - 06 / 13 / 20 / 27 / July - 03 August.

Sunday 08 / 16 / 23 / 30 June - 07 / 14 / 21 / 28 / July - 04 / August.

PRICE is = $85.00 per person.

This includes all non alcoholic refreshments . A bar is in the new venue serving alcohol if desired.

If you reserve a group of 8 or more then the organizer comes as our guest.

Come as an individual or a couple and join an existing group - or bring your own group.
