A simple, quick and easy dish - perfect as a full meal or a side !
Sautéed Courgette
Ingredients:
500g (about 3) courgette - thickly sliced diagonally
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves finely chopped ( use smoked garlic for extra flavor)
1 teaspoon Sassy Salt Orange and Fennel salt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions :
Heat the oil in a large non -stick frying pan over medium heat.
Add the courgette and stir until golden.
Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until onions softens slightly.
Stir in the vinegar and sprinkled salt
Can be served as a side dish or a full meal.
