A simple, quick and easy dish - perfect as a full meal or a side !

Sautéed Courgette


  • 500g (about 3) courgette - thickly sliced diagonally

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped ( use smoked garlic for extra flavor)

  • 1 teaspoon Sassy Salt Orange and Fennel salt

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions :

  1. Heat the oil in a large non -stick frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the courgette and stir until golden.

  3. Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until onions softens slightly.

  4. Stir in the vinegar and sprinkled salt

Can be served as a side dish or a full meal.
