Mango Salad

Mango Salad


Ingredients:

  • 3 medium mangoes, peeled and cut into

  • 1/4-inch slices

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, divided

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sassy Citrus and Thyme Salt


Directions :

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mangoes with 1 tablespoon lime juice; toss to coat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, ginger, salt and remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice.

  3. Stir into mango mixture.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Apples, Pears or Pomegranate seeds can be added for extra variety.
