BBQ Pork Chops

BBQ Pork Chops


  • 600g pork chops bone-in

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 8 tablespoons barbecue sauce

  • 1 generous teaspoon of Sassy Salt Orange and Fennel

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 170° C.

  2. Pat the meat dry with papertowels.

  3. Drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil all over the pork chops and rub all over.

  4. Season the meat, both sides.

  5. Place the meat into an oiled bake dish or roaster pan, then top off with chopped onions.

  6. Cover the bake dish and bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Remove the pork chops from the oven and uncover them.

  8. Glaze the the pork chops with barbecue sauce, making sure all of the chops are nicely covered.

  9. Leave the pork chops uncovered and place them back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

  10. Remove from the oven, sprinkle Sassy Salt of our choice and serve.
