How long will the blends last?

Once opened, you are advised to consume within 4 months.
Do you have a shop where I can purchase the blends ?

ALL blends are available on line . Certain blends are available , dependant on season, from the following outlets. RIVERSIDE MARKET , Lichfield Street Christchurch GRATER GOODS, 150 Orbell Street Christchurch EVERY Saturday - Christchurch Farmers Market- Riccarton Hose, Deans Bush, Christchurch.
Do you offer discount for bulk orders ?

Absolutely yes ! delighted to offer a discount on orders in excess of 1kg. This can be 1 x blend or the total weight of mixed blends.
What types of Truffles can you supply?

Canterbury grown black Perigord and the pale Bianchetto. Attached is a picture of the Bianchetto.
Do you have other Truffle related products ?

During the season ( late May - mid August ) we have - Truffle Butter / Truffle infused Eggs / only at the markets, Truffle Conserve ( salted ) NZ totally Natural, Pure Truffle Olive oil.250ml bottles.
